Your information is stored securely using password‑protected and encrypted systems. Only I have access to your coaching notes. I do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
If you contact me through Wix, some technical data (such as IP address or cookies) may be processed by Wix in line with their own privacy policy.
5. Confidentiality and supervision
Coaching sessions are confidential. I may discuss themes (not identifiable details) with my coaching supervisor to ensure safe and ethical practice. This is standard in professional coaching and supports the quality of the work. I will only break confidentiality if required by law or if there is a serious risk of harm.
6. How long your information is kept:
I keep your information only for as long as necessary:

Coaching notes: kept for up to 12 months after our work ends

Contact details, invoices and financial records: kept for up to 6 years to meet tax and accounting requirements

Emails: kept for up to 12 months, unless needed for legal or administrative reasons
After these periods, your information is securely deleted.
