Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling To protect both parties’ time, the following policy applies: • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. • Sessions can be rescheduled without charge, if done with at least 24 hours’ notice. • If you miss a session, you may reschedule it, subject to availability, instead of losing it. • If I need to cancel a session, I will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, I will provide a full refund, minus any discounts applied when the sessions were purchased. Refunds for Packages • Refunds for prepaid packages will be calculated based on the number of sessions already used. • Any unused sessions may be refunded at my discretion, minus administrative fees, and/or any discounts applied when the package was purchased. This ensures fairness while recognising the reduced rate offered for package bookings.
